- £70,000 + Training + Progression + Varied Projects + Car Allowance + Company Bonus + Local PatchAre you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking to step into a role with a Commercial and Industrial Construction specialist offering a varied site and office-based role, car allowance and a chance to be the go-to QS managing up to 6 projects?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established commercial and industrial building contractors with previous Projects ranging in value from a few thousand pounds to approximately £5m.

After continuous years of growth and a growing client basis, they're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial side of projects.In this role you will be monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying over costs early.

You will work closely with other departments and the Commercial Manager in office or at occasional site visits while assessing the progression on projects regarding cost and budgets.
