This role will be within our developer services team.
Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.
Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As ourQuantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our projects, ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting and proactive risk management.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll monitor budgets, produce detailed cost reports, prepare cash flow forecasts and identify potential commercial risks and opportunities to maximise project performance.
You'll be responsible for producing accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs), measuring and pricing works, managing subcontractor accounts and reporting on completed and forecasted activities.
Your commercial insight and attention to detail will help ensure projects remain financially on track while maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional who can identify value opportunities, drive cost efficiencies and support margin improvement across the business.
You'll also contribute to the preparation of applications for payment and work collaboratively with project teams to deliver successful outcomes while continuously improving commercial processes and performance.
