This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially capable QS who wants responsibility, autonomy, and close involvement with senior leadership. The role will suit someone who is confident managing their own workload, comfortable working across multiple live projects, and able to take ownership of commercial processes from the office, with site travel when required. The business specialises in cladding projects and is looking for someone who understands the pace, detail, and commercial demands of specialist construction. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing commercial duties across live cladding projects, working closely with the senior leadership team and supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects.
