Company & Project: Apple Technical Recruitment are working alongside an award winning Tier 1 Main Contractor operating in the Mixed-Use, Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Commercial sectors, seeking to recruit an experienced an effective Quantity Surveyor to complement their Commercial Management team, based in East Anglia and working on local projects initially in East Norfolk. The successful candidate will be leading their own c£3m project and working alongside an experienced Managing QS on a larger project in the region, with a pathway and development opportunities to leading their own projects c£10m+ in the future. Our client has an exceptionally strong order book, is a highly profitable business and boasts an exciting pipeline of projects across the region. Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; Measurement & valuations.
