Quantity Surveyor Leeds region Permanent role £50,000 - £65,000 + car allowance The Quantity Surveyor plays a key role within the Mechanical & Electrical division, supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, residential and public sector environments. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, Estimators and site teams, the role is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to final account. This includes subcontractor management, cost control, valuations, forecasting, change management and client liaison to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to the continued growth of the company by protecting commercial interests, identifying opportunities for value engineering and continuous improvement, whilst building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues across the business.
