Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial management of design and build projects from inception through to completion. The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, the successful candidate will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring financial control, cost certainty, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This position would suit a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working within a collaborative, design-led environment and wants to make a genuine impact on project success.
