Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor, with M&E experience, to join an award-winning M&E contractor, on a contract basis, with the opportunity for a permanent position available    This is a Contract position, suitable for someone looking for long-term work.   Core responsibilities Should be able to Manage Change. Create VO pricing. Take off from drawings. Should be able to complete Monthly Contract report, Forecasting, Monthly AFPs. Capable of attending Client meetings and dealing with client QS and commercial teams. Use initiative, be a good communicator and team worker and also independently as required. A predominantly Office/site based role with office/remote working accepted subject to agreement.  Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. 7:30AM-4PM. Pay: £250-£300 per day. Rate negotiable DOE.    Requirements/Qualifications MEPFC experience would be preferred. Over 3 years’ experience as a qualified QS with industry recognised qualifications.
