Two businesses, one numbers role. The Page is on the homeowner's side of the table. Harris & Williams runs prime residential builds for interior designers. You'll work across both, on live London schemes between £100k and £500k, from first pricing to final account.

On The Page

You'll build schedules of work and analyse contractor tenders so homeowners can see what they're actually being quoted for. You'll also own our pricing data. Every quote that passes through us is a data point, and we want someone to turn thousands of them into our benchmarking. That's not a side project. It's one of the things that makes this business hard to copy, and it's yours to build.

We're after someone with

• Around 5 years' QS experience, residential, London
• Comfort across pre- and post-contract work
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts
• A genuine appetite for working alongside AI tools. This isn't a tick-box, it's how we operate

No RICS chartership required. No NRM2 formality. xwzovoh These are smaller, practical jobs where good judgement beats process.
