A well respected Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor who brings a client facing approach to join their London team.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working in the Retail and Commercial sectors.
Hybrid and flexible working is offered at this consultancy.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Quantity Surveyor will join their Retail division, immediately jumping into London based projects with values ranging from £2M - £10M.
This is an engine room position. Someone who is comfortable is an ever changing, fast paced fit out environment.
Retail knowledge is not needed entirely, but working in fit out is.
The Quantity Surveyors duties will include managing the client from inception right through to completion, undertaking pre & post contract duties.
There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.
The Quantity Surveyor Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree Must be a PQS / Consultancy background Retail sector knowledge and fit out is needed. Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle Pre and post contract knowledge Understanding within the £1M - £30M contract values In Return? £55,000 - £65,000 Work from home / flexible conditions 27 days annual leave + bank holidays 6% Pension contribution Part of the growth plan Rapid career progression If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Luke Carroll at Damicor.
