Quantity Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction consultancy delivering major investment across the UK's water sector. Based in Colchester, you'll join the commercial team supporting a significant water recycling programme, providing the opportunity to work on sustainable infrastructure projects that will benefit communities for years to come. The Role Working alongside experienced commercial and project management professionals, you'll manage costs across the full project lifecycle while supporting the successful delivery of major water infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities Cost management and commercial reporting Procurement and tender support NEC contract administration Managing variations and change control Cost forecasting and financial reporting Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion About You Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Previous experience within infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering Knowledge of NEC contracts Excellent commercial and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Salary & Benefits £45,000 - £55,000 Hybrid working Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development and chartership support Long-term career opportunities within a market-leading consultancy This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy delivering vital water infrastructure projects while working within a collaborative and supportive team
