Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing - Planned Maintenance & Decarb Runcorn based Full-Time, Permanent position Salary: Up to £53K + Car allowance & Benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Runcorn to deliver Planned Maintenance and Decarbonisation works. We are looking for a proven commercial professional with experience in social housing refurbishment programmes, ideally with knowledge of internal and external planned maintenance programmes and a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process as well as excellent client relationship skills.
