Quantity Surveyor (Renovations / Refurbishments) £70,000 - £75,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Hybrid + Training + Progression +31 Days holiday Plymouth Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a thriving, rapidly growing, family-run company, with the opportunity to work on exciting refurbishment projects across heritage, defence and public sector sites? In this role you will be working as a Quantity Surveyor tasked with valuations, cost reports and ensuring that contractual relationships are maintained. You will be responsible for planning and occasional site visits. You will be mainly working on refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to work in an ambitious company, who wants to be at the forefront of large-scale, bespoke multi-million-pound projects.
