Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction

THE ROLE My client seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join them in Glasgow. This office is the Head Office and this role has arisen due to retirement. My client works on a good range of projects for residential, leisure facilities, industrial warehousing, offices, schools and more. They work on a good range of projects up to around £120m in value. THE CANDIDATE You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS. My client would like someone who has at least four years or more post graduate experience doing pre and post contract work. You will need to have a recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying i.e. BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar and have around 2 plus years experience working for a PQS firm either post graduation or during your Degree if you were doing your BSc on day release. Salary is very negotiable plus benefits including pension, APC support if required, RICS fees, discretionary bonus, hybrid working one day per week, 26 days holiday plus public holidays, access to buy VIP tickets for the Hydro, Parking permit provided.
