I'm currently supporting a leading infrastructure contractor with an exciting opportunity for 2 x Quantity Surveyors to join a major infrastructure project in Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a QS looking to further develop their commercial career while working alongside experienced Commercial Managers and Senior Quantity Surveyors on a large-scale project.
The Role:
- Support the commercial management of a major infrastructure project.
- Assist with subcontractor management, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Support the administration of NEC contracts and compensation events.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial documentation.
- Help identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout project delivery.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
We're looking for:
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering.
Good understanding of NEC contracts.
Experience with subcontractor management and cost reporting.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Eagerness to develop within a busy commercial team.
Location: Hertfordshire
Hybrid: 3 days per week on site is essential. xwzovoh
