Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential Site-Based | South Somerset I'm currently working with a leading prime residential main contractor renowned for delivering exceptional prime residential, heritage conservation and bespoke construction projects across London and the South of England. This is an opportunity to join a business trusted with some of Britain's most prestigious private residences, boutique hotels, and historically significant buildings. With craftsmanship and quality at the heart of everything they do, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for the successful delivery of projects ranging from £2m–£30m. The Opportunity: As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of complex, high-value projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with the project delivery team, you'll ensure robust cost control, effective procurement, and strong financial performance while maintaining the exceptional standards the business is known for.
