Quantity Surveyor Watford Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Hybrid Working Our client is a construction consultancy with newly acquired, modern offices in Watford. They operate across two sides of the business: * Main Contractor Side – supporting high‑end residential, refurbishment, commercial, groundworks, infrastructure and electrical projects. * Subcontractor Side – delivering balustrades, staircases, balconies and glass packages on major infrastructure and commercial schemes. Due to continued growth, the subcontractor division now requires a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activity across multiple live projects.
