Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages

PERMANENT Salary £50,000 - £80,000 + Package

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 1-3 civil engineering and groundworks projects, each valued at circa £1m - £6m

Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based and office working

• Sites are within generally 30 miles of the Worcester areas
• Reporting to Commercial Director
• Working for a very established business with a healthy order book and forward works
• All clients are large blue chip construction organisations

Duties:

• Project Commercial Management
• On site measurement, valuations and variations
• Building client relationships
• Monthly cost value reconciliations
• Final account preparations
• Negotiating

• Basements
• Refurbishments
