This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working within a fast-paced production environment where safety, teamwork, and reliability are highly valued.The role offers variety across mobile plant operation, fixed plant duties, and site operations, with opportunities to develop your skills across equipment including ADT, loading shovel, and excavator machinery.

With overtime available, structured shift patterns, and the chance to be part of a busy operation, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a collaborative site team.What You'll Be DoingSafely operate mobile plant equipment including ADT, loading shovel, and other machinery while carrying out daily safety inspectionsSupport the operation of fixed production plant and assist with product dispatch and quality control processesMaintain high housekeeping standards across the site, ensuring work areas remain clean, tidy, and hazard freeMonitor production activities, report breakdowns or stoppages, and work closely with site management and maintenance teamsCarry out routine plant inspections and support the efficient day-to-day running of the operationWho you areYou have previous experience working within a similar industrial, quarry, recycling, aggregates, or heavy plant environmentYou are confident operating mobile plant machinery. xwzovoh You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and site managementYou are organised, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environmentWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
