Role Summary The Radan Programmer is responsible for converting 2D and 3D designs into flat pattern programs. This role directly supports production by programming our Amada AE 2510 punch machine. The ideal candidate ensures maximum material efficiency and accuracy before designs hit the shop floor. Key Responsibilities * Programming & Nesting: Create efficient flat pattern programs, nests, and tooling using RADAN software. * Drawing Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret detailed technical engineering drawings. * Material Optimisation: Maximise sheet metal utilisation to ensure economic and cost-effective production. * Quality Assurance: Thoroughly check and verify all programs for errors before issuing them to manufacturing. * Time Management: Meet production timescales to maintain a steady workflow fo...
