Rail NEC Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC experience and a background in delivering major infrastructure projects? Do you have the commercial experience to hit the ground running and independently manage a project? Job Title: Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor Location: West London - Hybrid Working (shuttle services available from Central London) Rate: £450- £525 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) Contract: Long-Term Contract Start Date: ASAP This is an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support major HS2 works in West London. The role requires someone with strong NEC contractual knowledge who can take ownership of the commercial management of their package and operate with minimal supervision.
