Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy I'm currently working with a highly regarded, independent construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience who is looking to work on a varied portfolio of exciting projects while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services across projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Preparing cost plans and estimates at all project stages. Managing procurement processes, including tender documentation and analysis. Administering contracts and providing commercial advice throughout project delivery. Managing valuations, variations and final accounts. Preparing cost reports and presenting financial updates to clients. Identifying project risks and providing proactive commercial solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Experience working within a UK construction consultancy. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
