We are looking to employ a Reablement Support Worker to join our team for Bradford Metropolitan District Council within the Department of Adults Social Care in The Bradford Reablement Service (formerly known as BEST).This role is to work for Trustcare which is a team who work alongside Safe and Sound responding to calls for emergency help and support.This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. The main responsibilities of this role:Re-able individuals in community settingsTo support with daily living tasksDocument accurate records on digital devicesSupport with personal caresSupport individuals to regain independence Treat individuals with dignity and respectAttend emergency calls for people who have fallen or need help and supportYou will need a full UK (manual) driving licence for these roles. (Transport is provided).We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.QualificationYou must possess a (minimum) RCF (regulated qualifications framework) level 2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ).
