Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm 10:00pm
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established and growing warehouse operation based in Swan Valley, Northampton.

The Role As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe movement of stock throughout the warehouse while also supporting general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires regular manual handling, so applicants must be comfortable working both on and off the truck.
Key Responsibilities Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
Picking and replenishing stock locations
Supporting goods-in and dispatch operations
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
Requirements Valid Reach Truck licence (in-house licences accepted)
Licence must be in date
Minimum 6 months recent Reach Truck experience
Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
Happy to spend time both operating the truck and completing warehouse duties
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Pay & Benefits £13.86 per hour
Monday to Friday working pattern
37.5 hours per week
Overtime available every Saturday (8:00am 2:00pm)
Saturday overtime paid at x1.5
Weekly pay through Quest Employment xwzovoh
