Ready-to-Wear Production Team Lead (Hands-On)

Johnstons of Elgin in Elgin is seeking a Lockstitch Team Leader to oversee our Ready to Wear production area. This hands-on leadership role demands active involvement in cutting, sewing, and production workflows to ensure orders are prioritised and delivered to the highest craftsmanship standards.

You will lead by example, coach the team, plan daily work, and coordinate with planning, quality, and management to maintain efficient production flow while sustaining exceptional quality.
