A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its successful Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with an interest in commercial property to develop their career within a respected and supportive legal environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing valuable assistance across a busy and varied caseload.
The Role
The role will include:
- Providing support to one or more commercial property fee earners
Assisting with the day-to-day management of commercial property matters
Amending, preparing and collating correspondence and legal documents
Communicating with clients, third parties and colleagues by email, telephone and in person
Assisting with administrative and organisational aspects of property transactions
Carrying out data inputting and maintaining accurate records
Supporting with client onboarding, including anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures
Providing wider support to the Real Estate team as required
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Have a law degree or previous experience working within a commercial property environment
Have excellent organisational and IT skills
Be confident supporting one or multiple fee earners
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Be confident communicating with clients, colleagues and third parties
Have experience preparing and amending correspondence and documents
Ideally have knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures
Be numerically confident and comfortable working with data
Be proactive, reliable and keen to develop their career within commercial property
