A growing specialist Real Estate team is looking for an ambitious Associate Solicitor to join its expanding Social Housing & Registered Providers practice.

You’ll work closely with experienced Partners and Housing & Regeneration specialists, advising Registered Providers and Housing Associations on a varied mix of social and affordable housing transactions.

The role includes:

• Shared ownership & staircasing
• Right to Buy transactions
• Affordable housing acquisitions & disposals
• Commercial leases
• Asset management
• Development & regeneration matters
• General commercial property work

We’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 2–6 years’ PQE ideally
• Commercial property, development, affordable housing or social housing experience
• Strong technical and client management skills
• Commercially minded and proactive
• Interest in developing a specialist Social Housing practice
