What You'll Be Doing * Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach. * Answering telephone calls and emails, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently. * Providing administrative support across the business. * Preparing documents, formatting reports and maintaining accurate records. * Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring the office is always presented to a high standard. * Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and office supplies. * Supporting day-to-day office operations and identifying opportunities to improve processes. * Submitting accounts and tax returns. * Chasing client records. We're Looking For Someone Who Is... * Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people. * Professional and confident communicating with clients. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. * Positive, proactive and eager to learn. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office or quick to pick up new systems. You don't need years of administration experience to succeed.
