Recovery-Focused L&D Facilitator (Scotland)

Recovery Coaching Scotland is seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver recovery-focused learning across Dundee and Glasgow. The role is 14 hours per week on a peripatetic basis, with travel between the Bella Centre in Dundee and Lillias Centre in Glasgow.

You will work with women in custodial settings and community units, building strengths-based programmes such as Self-Coaching and Launchpad, while staying trauma-informed and maintaining safeguarding standards.
