Recruiter (Consultant / Senior or Principal)

Location: Belfast

Salary: Basic £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission structure.

Hours of work: 4 day week (Monday to Thursday). Hybrid/flexible working considered after successful probationary period.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in recruitment, particularly on a temp desk
• Experience working with Northern Ireland clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Passionate about building lasting client relationships
