This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone at the beginning of their professional career who wants to gain recognised qualifications while developing practical, real-world experience in a busy recruitment consultancy. No previous recruitment experience is required. We are much more interested in your attitude, communication skills, confidence and willingness to learn. You will work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants and learn the full recruitment process – from finding and speaking to candidates through to arranging interviews, making placements and developing relationships with clients. At the same time, you will complete a structured Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship, combining professional training with practical, on-the-job experience. What Will You Be Doing?
