As we look to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both permanent and contract vacancies. You will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, sourcing exceptional candidates, and delivering an outstanding recruitment service. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow your own recruitment desk. * Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. * Source, interview and qualify candidates for permanent and contract positions. * Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement. * Negotiate fees, rates and terms with clients and candidates. * Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialist market. * Manage contractor relationships and client accounts. * Achieve individual sales and placement targets. About You We are looking for someone who has: * Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (360 recruitment preferred). * Strong business development and relationship-building skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * A driven, proactive and professional approach. * The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience within technical, engineering, construction or infrastructure recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
