This role will focus mainly on temporary placements, supporting both clients and candidates across a busy and fast-moving sector.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage candidate sourcing, develop client relationships, and grow new business opportunities while delivering an excellent recruitment service.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and interview construction trades and labour candidatesBuild and develop relationships with new and existing clientsCarry out business development calls and client visitsManage temporary worker bookings and placementsAdvertise vacancies across job boards and social platformsMaintain regular contact with candidates and clientsEnsure compliance and right-to-work documentation is completedAchieve recruitment and sales targets within a busy desk environmentSkills & KnowledgePrevious recruitment xkybehq or sales experience preferredStrong business development and communication skillsConfident speaking with clients over the phone and face-to-faceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood organisational and time management skillsMotivated, proactive, and target-driven attitudeConstruction industry knowledge beneficialStrong teamwork and customer service skillsBenefitsCommission structure24 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pensionFree parking
