Recruitment Consultant Graduate

We urgently require 2 Trainee or Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our very lively office based in Mumbles Swansea. Suitable Candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent and require advanced, confident communication skills. Full training is given. Let's face it there aren't a huge amount of professional, graduate or trainee opportunities out there. Recruitment still offers a fast-track to high earning potential for graduates looking to earn enough to buy their own homes, pay for holidays and live a comfortable life, and at Penguin you get the chance to do all this, whilst working in Mumbles! Recruitment is a communications job. It is highly transferable. In Recruitment you will be involved in New Business Development, Advertising, Marketing and Negotiation. The basic pay at Penguin is competitive and you should be looking to double your basic with the additional commission you earn.
