Recruitment Consultant

Location: Sutton or Kings Cross (50% WFH) Basic salary: Negotiable dependent on experience Commission: Monthly no-threshold + quarterly bonus Love recruitment but want to move away from the corporate agency environment? If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, delivering consistent results and having ownership of your earnings, this could be a great fit. Overview: We're a boutique consultancy specialising in the Professional Education, Training, Accountancy and Membership sectors. This is a 360 role, from business development and client engagement to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing successful placements. A typical week: * Develop new & existing client relationships * Source & place high-quality talent * Build long-term relationships with clients & candidates * Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience You’ll need: * A minimum of 2 years’ agency recruitment experience * Strong sourcing, Boolean search, BD skills * Confident & professional communication skills * Experience recruiting for corporate/professional services roles Why Newtons?
