You'll take ownership of an established industrial desk while developing new business opportunities across Peterborough and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and developing industrial and warehousing clients Building and maintaining a strong temporary workforce Winning new business opportunities Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Delivering exceptional customer service We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience within
industrial or warehousing recruitment Experience managing temporary recruitment Strong business development skills Ability to build lasting client relationships Excellent organisation and communication skills A genuine desire to grow with an ambitious business What You'll Receive
