Recruitment Consultant, Accountancy & Finance

Hybrid (WFH Fridays) | Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000 - £45,000 +)

Si Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Teesside team.

We're open to applications from experienced recruiters or commercially minded individuals with experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles who are looking to build a career in recruitment.

You'll take ownership of an established Accountancy & Finance desk, recruiting for roles ranging from Purchase Ledger Clerks through to Finance Directors across Middlesbrough, Stockton, Billingham, Redcar, Hartlepool, Peterlee and the surrounding areas.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you responsibility for the entire recruitment process, including:

• Managing and developing an established client base.
• Winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing finance professionals.
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Providing a consultative recruitment service to both clients and candidates.
