We are growing the North West market and are looking for an additional Permanent Recruitment Consultant.  Do you have the passion and drive to succeed? Salary – Up to £35,000 dependent on exp Hours – Flexible working week Benefits; Holidays grow with service to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays Early finish on a Friday Hybrid working & flexible hours Build & manage your own successful permanent desk No micro management Autonomy in decision making Competitive bonus structure Responsibilities As a recruitment consultant you'll need to: Generate new business, sales is a standard part of the day Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques - as well as networking skills - to attract business from client companies Visit clients & develop positive relationships Have a good understanding of clients in your area, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment, and the type of candidate would suit their business. Create adverts and advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts, to be posted to online job boards Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships Source candidates for permanent opportunities and fill the vacancies Identify - or 'headhunt' - and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work Use candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests, and create a shortlist of candidates for clients Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, culture and environment, salary, and benefits of the job Prepare CVs to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants Organise interviews as requested by the client, and inform candidates of the outcome both positive and negative Negotiate salaries and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates Offer advice to both clients and candidates on salaries, training, and career progression Work towards, and exceed, targets so you can achieve your bonus for the month/quarter Please note that Mpeople cannot respond to all applicants due to the high volumes of CV's received on a daily basis.
