The successful candidate will be expected to have previous Recruitment or Account Management experience and the drive and determination that will equip them with the skills to succeed.
Operating in a 360-degree recruitment role, you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment process, which will include client and candidate development.
Main Duties: Establishing rapport with candidates/clients The search and selection of candidates Identifying opportunities.
Gaining strong leads from new customers and candidates Have strong Admin skills to check Right to work information Payroll Weekly Planners Timesheets Following up appointments Progressing opportunities Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:- Planning & Organisation skills Problem-solving skills.
Good telephone manner Good Communication Skills
- including verbal and written communications and negotiation skills Quality Focus Customer Service skills to include treating end users with empathy and respect Self-motivated and confident Great IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Skills
- Desirable: Microsoft Office skills
- Powerpoint and project Ability to work remotely on occasion (with minimum supervision) In return you will receive: A base salary of £25,000
