Recruitment Consultant (Temporary Desk Industrial Sector) Chester| Full 360 Role | £28-32k Basic + Uncapped Commission Are you an experienced Temp-focused Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a full 360 role and genuinely enjoys building relationships with both clients and candidates? Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our award winning branch based in Chester , supporting a busy temporary desk with a strong focus on industrial, logistics, warehousing and manufacturing roles across the Chester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own desk, developing new business and delivering a high-volume, high-quality temp solution. This is a permanent, full-time position , working Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm . Youll manage the complete 360 recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to grow and maintain a profitable temporary desk.
