Location: Weston-Super-Mare - Hybrid working 3 x per week in the office Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday What will I be doing? Working closely with hiring managers, you'll deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Unlike many recruitment roles, there are no business development targets or cold-calling requirements. Instead, you'll focus on partnering with internal stakeholders, identifying high-quality talent, and helping shape the future workforce of a leading environmental services organisation. Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and operational vacancies. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and candidate networks. * Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert advice. * Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. * Support workforce planning and future talent attraction initiatives. What are the requirements? We're looking for someone who is collaborative, resourceful, and passionate about finding great people. Requirements * Previous recruitment experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy. * Experience recruiting for technical roles within operations, energy, manufacturing, production, engineering, or related sectors. * Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and delivering a great candidate experience.
