Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach

Our client, a leading provider of apprenticeship programmes in the engineering sector, is currently seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is ready to inspire the next generation of refrigeration and air conditioning professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices. Travel to meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions. Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications. Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and that they meet deadlines. Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively. Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements. Job Requirements: Extensive experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider. A passion for sharing knowledge and a role that combines fieldwork with learner support. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively. Desirable: Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33). Knowledge of government-funded training.
