Refrigeration Engineer - Essex Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Door-to-Door A Refrigeration Engineer is required to cover a varied retail portfolio across Essex, working across a range of commercial refrigeration systems. This is a good opportunity for an experienced refrigeration engineer with solid CO2 / R744 experience who is looking for a stable regional position, strong earning potential and a varied workload. The Role Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a retail portfolio Diagnose and repair refrigeration faults Work on CO2 / R744 refrigeration systems Complete PPMs and reactive call-outs Attend breakdowns and resolve faults efficiently Service and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment Complete service reports and relevant documentation Liaise with customers and site teams Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Participate in a call-out rota The Person The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial refrigeration, with CO2 / R744 experience essential. You should be comfortable working independently across multiple sites and have strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
