Refrigeration Engineer

Job Title: Asda Refrigeration Engineer Location: Bournemouth and Poole Contract: Permanent Working Hours: 45 hours per week OTE of £55K - £60K + £2K Joining bonus (* terms and conditions apply*) Basic Salary: £51,996.44 per annum (Inclusive of Standby Payment) Overtime / 33 days holiday / Private healthcare / Pension 5% matched / benefits - discounts and salary sacrifice options This role is for an experienced supermarket refrigeration engineer who wants clear earnings, a defined patch within a well-run contract. You’ll be working on a major UK supermarket estate, carrying out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across multiple stores. The work is structured, the expectations are clear, and the on-call rota is planned.
