egional Engineering Supervisor Location: UK (with national travel) Role Purpose: The Regional Engineering Supervisor provides hands-on technical support, coaching, and compliance oversight across a number of allocated contracts. The role supports Mobile Engineers and Contract Managers to ensure the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services. Acting as a senior technical resource, the Supervisor focuses on operational support, problem solving, critical works coordination, and improving engineering standards across the region. Key Responsibilities: . 1. Technical Support & Guidance * Provide day-to-day technical support to Mobile Engineers * Offer on-site assistance for complex tasks, technical challenges, and troubleshooting. * Verify quality and accuracy of engineering work delivered across assigned contracts. 2. Compliance & Engineering Governance: * Conduct routine site audits to ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work * Review engineering documentation such as risk assessments, permits, method statements, and switching schedules * Support Contract Managers in preparing compliance documentation and reports. 3.
