Regional FM / Contracts Manager - Northamptonshire / Rugby
I'm currently looking for a couple of experienced and proactive FM / Contracts Managers to join a rapidly growing organisation, covering new and existing sites across the Northamptonshire / Rugby area.
This is more than just a day-to-day FM role.
The successful candidates will be involved in the mobilisation and onboarding of new contractors as new sites come online, before taking ownership of the ongoing facilities operation.
You'll be responsible for:
• Mobilising new sites and onboarding contractors
• Managing multiple sites across the region
• Leading service delivery across PPM and reactive maintenance
• Managing suppliers and contractors
• Ensuring H&S, statutory compliance and FM standards are maintained
• Managing budgets, KPIs and supplier performance
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Who are we looking for?
Someone who has genuinely managed FM / M&E / HVAC / Building Services contracts and is comfortable taking ownership.
You could currently be a:
Facilities Manager, Regional FM Manager, Contracts Manager, Service Manager, Contracts Manager
HVAC / M&E / FM / Building Services / Construction / Industrial / Retail Maintenance backgrounds would all be considered.
Along with strong H&S, compliance, IT and reporting skills.
Full UK driving licence required.
Upto £60k Basic + Package
Northamptonshire / Rugby
