Regional Head of Academy Scouting & Recruitment (South)

Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking an experienced Academy Scouting & Recruitment lead to drive talent identification and onboarding across the South of England. The role covers U13–U21 groups and requires collaboration with coaches, directors and external networks.

You will manage targets, KPIs and regional recruitment strategy, ensuring seamless transitions of players into the Academy while upholding club policies and safeguarding standards.
