The Opportunity
As Regional Manager, you will take responsibility for developing relationships, overseeing programme delivery including hosting patient workshops and identifying opportunities to strengthen the organisation's presence across the Midlands and Yorkshire.
You will spend time engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, building trusted partnerships and ensuring programmes deliver outstanding experiences and measurable impact. Success in this role comes from your ability to connect with people, understand their needs and create opportunities that benefit both individuals and communities.
This is a highly visible position requiring regular travel, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to represent the organisation at every level.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and community organisations.
Lead regional engagement initiatives that drive patient participation, awareness and positive outcomes.
Oversee the successful coordination and delivery of programmes and events across the region.
Identify and develop opportunities to expand regional reach and impact.
Build networks and partnerships that support long-term growth and sustainability.
Monitor performance, activity and outcomes, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved.
Represent the organisation at meetings, events, networking functions and stakeholder forums.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.
Act as an ambassador for the organisation's values, mission and purpose.

Experience & Background
We're interested in individuals who have experience within relationship-led environments, including regional management, operations, community engagement, account management, programme delivery or stakeholder management roles.
A background within the beauty, aesthetics, wellness or health and wellbeing sectors would be advantageous, although applications from candidates with transferable experience and a genuine passion for making a difference are equally welcome.
