We’re looking for a RegionalMarketing Manager (Wales & North) to supercharge property recruitment and retention across our regional brands inWales, Menai Holiday Cottages and Coast & Country Holidays,along with our North brands-Lakelovers, Lake District Lodge Holidays, Yorkshire Coastal CottagesandNorthumbria Coast & Country Cottages.

You’lllead impactful, ROI-driven marketing that delivers high‑quality owner and property leads-shaping local strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable growth.

What You NeedToKnow:

  • Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
  • Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
  • Location: The role can be based ineither our Menai Holiday Cottages office in Bangor, North Wales,in ourLakeloversoffice in Windermereor our Chester Office.Hybrid working is available, with travel to brand areasregularly.

About The Regional Marketing Manager Role:

This role is about more thancampaigns,it’sabout driving sustainable regional growth.

You’lllead marketing activity to generate high-quality property and owner leads, ensuring the right lead mix to meet business goals. Working closely with property recruitment teams and regional brand stakeholders,you’llcreate campaigns with clear, evidence-based ROI.

You’llcollaborate with fellow Regional Marketing Managers and Head Office Marketing to share insight, optimise performance, and maximise impact acrossWales andthe North.

WhatYou’llDo:

  • Lead and develop day-to-day regional marketing activity to hit property lead targets.
  • Plan, deliver and analyse seasonal and reactive campaigns with clear ROI measurement.
  • Monitor acquisition performance and report on funnel metrics and conversion.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensureoptimalcost per lead.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee social media strategy and strengthen local brand presence.
  • Build regional audiences and support events to generate new leads.
  • Manage email marketing and owner database activity in line with GDPR.
  • Continuously review processes to improve efficiency,performanceand compliance.

Who You Are:

An experienced marketing leader who blends creativity with commercial thinking.

You’reconfident leading teams, managing budgets, and driving performance through data. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, align marketing with business goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential Experience

  • Proven team management experience.
  • Strong marketing background with measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Relationship builder with stakeholder management experience.
  • IT literate and quick to learn new systems and tools.
  • Experience marketing distinctive brand propositions.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Full driving licence.

Desirable Experience

  • Conflict resolution training or experience.
  • Strong knowledge ofWales orThe North (Lake District,Northumbriaor Yorkshire).
