Regional Mortgage & Protection Sales Director

Just Mortgages in Essex seeks a Divisional Sales Director to lead a team of Mortgage and Protection advisers, setting strategy and coaching performance to grow revenue and protection sales. You will recruit, train and manage up to 20 advisers, partner with estate agencies and introducers, and ensure high-quality customer service.

A CeMap or equivalent qualification and strong management experience are essential.
