Regional Multi-Site Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Growth

My Cookie Dough in Cardiff is seeking a driven Multi-Site Manager to own the Southern Cluster across Cardiff, Bath, and Camden. You will lead multiple stores, coach teams, and drive sales, standards, and customer experience with hands-on leadership and 2-3 in-store shifts per week.

The role requires strong leadership in a multi-site environment, a commercial mindset, and the ability to travel between sites. Full-time, permanent position in Cardiff with travel to cluster sites across the region.
